Many countries are trying to support the lowering of carbon and energy consumption on Farms so might well have support schemes for the purposes of mains water and power conservation.
Installing a Papa pump does not need grant support as installations often pay themselves off in only a few years thanks to the savings compared with mains water, and electricity / maintenance costs the systems need compared to an electric pumping system but we know every bit can help !
